Who we are

LumberJake Woodworks, LLC is a woodworking business in Lima, OH. This page explains what this website and our business collect about you, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • What you send us: your name, email, phone, and message, and any photos or project details you include.

  • Orders: what you bought, your name, email, and phone, and a delivery address when you need one.

  • Rentals: your name, contact details, event, dates, and a delivery address when you need one.

  • Visits to this website, as described under Cookies and visit counts.

Payments

You pay in person, with cash or check, when you pick up. This website takes no payments and holds no card details.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, quote and build your item, fill your order or rental, and keep you up to date. We email you about new products and projects only if you ask us to, and we stop when you ask. We never sell or rent your information, and we never use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business, such as our email provider, and only what they need to do that job. We also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and visit counts

The site uses a cookie to remember what's in your cart. Your browser remembers whether you picked light or dark mode. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

We count visits without cookies and without personal data. Your internet address is turned into a code that changes every day, and the address itself is never stored. We keep the pages you view, the site that sent you, and your type of device.

How long we keep it

We keep what we need for as long as we need it to serve you, and order and payment records as long as tax rules require.

You can ask us at any time, through the Contact page, to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
